The process begins with a Schedule for Meeting. Once we understand your project scope, we’ll send over a detailed proposal. After the proposal is signed and the initial deposit is paid, we officially kick off the project.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes! We work with clients globally. We use tools like Zoom, Slack and Google Meet to stay connected across different time zones.

How much do you charge?

Every project is unique, so we offer three primary pricing structures: Basic, Profession & Enterprise

What are your payment terms?

For most projects, we require a 30% upfront deposit to secure your spot in our calendar. The remaining 70% is due upon project completion or at specific milestones.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, Pioneer & Bank Transfer. All invoices are sent digitally for your convenience.

How long will my project take?

Timelines vary depending on Complexity.

What if I need changes during the project?

We include unlimited revisions in our standard contracts to ensure you are happy with the final result. Major shifts in project scope after work has begun may result in a “Change Order” fee.

Who owns the final work?

Once the final payment is cleared, you own 100% of the rights to the finished project. We only ask for the right to feature the work in our portfolio (unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place).

How often will we communicate?

What happens after the project is finished?

We don’t just “hand over the keys” and disappear. We offer a lifetime support to fix any bugs or answer questions. We also offer ongoing maintenance packages if you’d like us to manage the project long-term.
