Payments

All payments must be made as agreed in the project proposal or invoice. Advance or milestone payments may be required. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials to ensure smooth project delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines.

Revisions & Scope

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Additional work outside the original agreement may require extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved work is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated. The agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related and sensitive information confidential.

Limitation of Liability

The SOLVBETA company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes
